Delivery time
For all our products (if available) a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days applies, assuming that the shipping method you have selected requires 24 hours for the delivery of your package.
Shipping costs
Orders under € 75
For orders up to a total amount of € 75 (incl. VAT) of products that are intended for shipping, a fixed rate of € 4.95 per order applies within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Orders above € 75
For orders with an amount of € 75 or more in products, no shipping costs will be charged for shipping to addresses within the Netherlands & Belgium.
Shipping costs charged in case of return
Upon return of the complete order, the shipping costs that are paid when placing the order are also refunded.
In the case of a partial return, as a result of which the total amount of the initial order is less than € 75, our shipping costs will still be charged by settling it with the amount to be refunded. Wrong address provided
If you have entered an incorrect address or the courier service’s non-traceable address, the shipment will be sent back to AKDR Visual Group. If you still want to have the order delivered to a corrected address, then shipping costs will always be charged. As soon as the payment of the shipping costs has been paid, the package will be resent to the corrected address that you have indicated.
The above also applies to shipments that are not claimed. These will also be returned to AKDR Visual Group and can be resent against payment of shipping costs.
